BBQ Hariyali Potato

Ingredients to make BBQ Hariyali Potato

  • Baby potato - 4-5 boiled
  • Fry fenugreek leaves - 2 teaspoon
  • coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
  • mint leaves - 2 tablespoons
  • salt-to taste
  • gram flour - 2 teaspoon
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • ginger - 2 inch piece
  • green chilly paste - 1teaspoon
  • cumin seeds powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • onion - 1cut into big pieces
  • tomato - 1 cut into big pieces
  • lemon juice - 2 teaspoon

How to make BBQ Hariyali Potato

  1. Peel the potatoes and prick them with fork.
  2. Dry roast gram flour and keep aside.
  3. Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, dry fenugreek leaves, salt, cumin seeds powder, Lemon juice, ginger garlic, green chilli into a fine paste. (no need to add water) Take it out in a bowl.
  4. Add roasted gram flour to the coriander paste and coat the potato and tomato and onion pieces with the coriander marinade.
  5. Place the veggies in skewers and grill them in a preheated oven till light brown and crisp. Serve hot.
