Ingredients to make Aam Papad

  • Mango Hapus 1kg
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom 1tsp
  • Ghee 1tsp for greasing the plate

How to make Aam Papad

  1. Peel the mango and make a smooth paste in a mixer grinder. Do not mix water.
  2. Heat a pan and pour mango puree, sugar and cardamom in it.
  3. Mix it well for 5 minutes in a low flame stirring constantly.
  4. Grease a plate and spread the cooked, thickened mango pulp over it evenly. Now dry the aam puree in sun light for 2 days. Cut the dried aam papad in small pieces. Store in air tight container.
My Tip: Ensure that the aam papad is completely dry before storing.
