ABOUT Aam Papad RECIPE

After the season ends we crave for mangoes and at such time aam papad is perfect substitute. Kids love it and you can store it for a long time.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Mango Hapus 1kg
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Cardamom 1tsp
  4. Ghee 1tsp for greasing the plate

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and make a smooth paste in a mixer grinder. Do not mix water.
  2. Heat a pan and pour mango puree, sugar and cardamom in it.
  3. Mix it well for 5 minutes in a low flame stirring constantly.
  4. Grease a plate and spread the cooked, thickened mango pulp over it evenly. Now dry the aam puree in sun light for 2 days. Cut the dried aam papad in small pieces. Store in air tight container.
