Ingredients to make Mix Vegetable Uttapam

  • Readymade idli / dosa batter-500 gms
  • Mix vegetables (carrots,capsicum,onions) - 1 cup
  • Coriander - 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste

How to make Mix Vegetable Uttapam

  1. Take batter in a bowl and add finely chopped vegetables,coriander,chilies. Add salt and mix everything nicely.
  2. Take a nonstick pan and pour the batter into little thick circular shape. If you have mini uttapam pan you can use that. Put little oil on the borders. Let one side cook, then turn and let other side also cook till brown spots appear.
  3. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
My Tip: As readymade batter is easily available nowadays my first choice is that when guests arrive unexpectedly.
