Garlic Pepper Grilled Prawns

Ingredients to make Garlic Pepper Grilled Prawns

  • Prawn 200g
  • Garlic 7-8 clove
  • Pepper 2 teaspoon
  • Lime juice 2 tablespoon
  • Capsicum 1 medium size
  • Salt per taste

How to make Garlic Pepper Grilled Prawns

  1. Wash and devein the prawns. Marinate the prawns and capsicum dices with salt, pepper, lime juice and garlic paste for 5 minutes.
  2. Alternate the prawns with capsicum dices on a skewer stick. Heat a grill pan and place the skewers on it. Drizzle some Olive oil.
  3. Grill on high for 2 minutes and medium flame for 3-4 minutes until it's cooked. Turn the skewers in between.
  4. Serve hot with dip of your choice.
My Tip: Use freshly ground pepper.
