Ingredients to make Bhelpuri

  • Murmura (puffed rice) - 4 Cups
  • Boiled potatoes - 2 (big)
  • Onions - 2 big
  • Raw mango - 1 small
  • Dates tamarind chutney - 2 cups
  • Green chutney - 1 Cup
  • Bhelpuri Poories - 12 to 15
  • Nylon sev ( fine sev ) - 1 Cup
  • Peanuts - 1 tbsp

How to make Bhelpuri

  1. Roast murmura in a tbsp of oil and add salt and turmeric.
  2. Now collect all the ingredients to be added in bhel. Take some murmura in a bowl, add potatoes, onions, raw mango, peanuts, green chutney, tamarind dates chutney and mix properly.
  3. Sprinkle some crushed puri and sev and serve immediately.
My Tip: If you keep dates and tamarind chutney ready in freezer this takes very little time to make.
