Ingredients to make Mumbai Toast Sandwich

  • Brown Bread - 4 slices
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes - 3/4 Cup
  • Green chutney - 6 tbs
  • Capsicum, slices - 6
  • Cucumbers, slices - 6
  • Tomato, slices - 8
  • Butter - as needed

How to make Mumbai Toast Sandwich

  1. Spread the butter and green chutney on two of the bread slices. Spoon in the potato masala and spread. Place , onion, capsicum and tomato slices. Apply butter and chutney on the other slices too and cover the stuffing.
