ABOUT Pizza cups RECIPE

Bread slices baked in muffin moulds with pizza sauce ,olives and capsicum

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 - bread slices
  2. 8 - olives chopped
  3. 6 tbsp - pizza sauce
  4. 6 tbsp - Mozzarella cheese shredded
  5. 4 tbsp - capsicum finely sliced

Instructions

  1. Trim the edges of the bread slices.
  2. Cut roundels of it with a cookie cutter or a lid of a jar.
  3. Place the bread slices in the muffin pan .
  4. Apply a generous coat of pizza sauce ,place olives and capsicum on it.
  5. Add cheese to it and bake in a preheated oven at 180 c for 10 mints .
