ABOUT Aate Ke Ladoo RECIPE

Aata laddo is a rich Indian sweet recipe which is made from wheat flour, sugar, desi ghee, nuts and flavored with ilaichi powder. it is simple but taste Delicious, Aata laddoo is very healthy also. Aata laddo is a good snack for kids.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Wheat flour - 1/2 kg
  2. Powdered sugar - 2 cup
  3. Fine chopped almonds - 2 tbsp
  4. Fine chopped walnuts - 2 tbsp
  5. Raisins - 2 tbsp
  6. Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
  7. Chiraonji - 1 tbsp
  8. Desi ghee (clarified butter) - 1/1/2 cup
  9. Cardamom powder - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour and keep aside. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan and roast the dry fruits. Remove from the pan then add ghee and flour and cook on low heat till the aata is fragrant. This takes about ten to twelve minutes.
  2. Now add cardamom powder, nuts and coconut, stir for 2 minutes and take it off the the heat. Let it cool for a while then add sugar powder and mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into ladoo and store into airtight container when completely cool.
