Ingredients to make Masala Paneer

  • Milk - 1/2 litre
  • spinach leaves (chopped) - 1/4 Cup
  • red chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt (to taste)
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

How to make Masala Paneer

  1. Boil milk in a pan. Turn the flame to medium and all other ingredients in milk. Keep stirring.
  2. In around 5-7 minutes the milk solids start separating from whey.
  3. Collect paneer in cloth and press it with some hard object so that the remaining whey gets out of it.
  4. Cut in pieces and enjoy.
