Aam Ka Adarak Lahsun Wala Aachar

Ingredients to make Aam Ka Adarak Lahsun Wala Aachar

  • 250 gm - Lahsun / Garlic
  • 250 gm - Adarak / Ginger
  • 1 kg - Chopped raw mangoes
  • 500 gm - Pickle masala
  • I kg - Mustard Oil

How to make Aam Ka Adarak Lahsun Wala Aachar

  1. Grind ginger and garlic in mixer.
  2. Grate 750 gm of raw mango and chop 250 mango in small pieces.
  3. Take 1 cup oil in pan and saute ginger garlic till become crisp. Keep this aside to cool. Heat 1/2 ltr of oil till it begins to smoke then cool it completely.
  4. Now in a big vessel mix all the ingredients andadd aachar masala. Add smoked oil and give a nice stir. Fill the pickle in glass jars and it's ready to eat.
My Tip: If you want more salt then add roasted salt.
