Milkmaid Kheer Mango Masti

Ingredients to make Milkmaid Kheer Mango Masti

  • Milkmaid - 100 gm
  • Milk - 1/2 kg
  • Rice - 50 gm
  • Kesar few threads
  • Green Cardamom - 2
  • Mango pulp - 1 Cup
  • Khus syrup - 2 tbs
  • Badam chopped - 7 to 8
  • Chocochips for garnish
  • Chocolate syrup for garnish
  • Chopped pista for garnish

How to make Milkmaid Kheer Mango Masti

  1. Wash rice and grind it to make a smooth paste.
  2. Boil milk with Cardamon and kesar. Add rice paste and cook it on low flame for 5 min.
  3. Add mik maid and chopped badam. Let the kheer simmer till it becomes thick and smooth. The consistency depends on your choice.
  4. Once done, remove from stove and chill. For serving, In a glass layer mango pulp and kheer alternately.
  5. Garnish with Chocochips, chocolate syrup, khus syrup and pista . Place in the freezer for 5 minutes. Serve chilled.
My Tip: Use rose syrup instead of khus syrup for a different experience.
