ABOUT Easy Classic Pancakes RECIPE

This pancake recipe is very easy, healthy and tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Wheat Flour - 1/2 Cup
  2. Egg -1
  3. Sugar - 1/2 tablespoon
  4. Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Milk -3/4 cup
  6. Melted Butter - 5 to 6 grams

Instructions

  1. Keep all ingredients ready at one place.
  2. Mix wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, egg and add enough milk to make a batter.
  3. Add milk slowly step by step to adjust the batter consistency. Keep the batter aside for a while. In the meanwhile, melt the butter and keep it aside.
  4. Heat a pan in medium to low flame. If heated too much, the batter will coagulate as soon as you pour and also the pancakes will get burnt. Apply some melted butter on the pan. Spread the butter.
  5. Pour a ladle of batter and carefully spread it lightly. Let it cook for a while (till the batter dries up). Now carefully turn the pancake. Let it cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Repeat the process for rest of the batter.
  6. Serve the pancakes hot with honey or fruit preserve. I've used homemade strawberry preserve here.
