Ingredients to make Masala Chaach

  • curd - 250 gm
  • mint leaves - 30
  • Green chilies - 3
  • Chaat masala - 3 tsp
  • jeera Powder - 2 tsp
  • Kaali Mirch Powder - 1 tsp
  • salt - 4 tsp

How to make Masala Chaach

  1. Put curd in a blending ajar dd chopped green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, roasted cumin, salt, black salt.
  2. Blend it well. Add ice cubes, chilled water and blend well again.
  3. Take a glass, pour the chaas and serve chilled.
