ABOUT Instant Vegetable Achaar RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 - Radish cut in 11/2 inch
  2. 1 - Carrot cut in 11/2 inch
  3. 2 - Green chilli, slit from middle
  4. 4-5 - Mogri / beetle cut in 1&1/2 inches
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 tsp - Red chili powder
  7. 1/2 tsp - Rai dal
  8. 1/4 tsp- Asafoetida
  9. 1/2 tsp - Oil
  10. 1/2 tsp - Vinegar
  11. 1/2tsp - Dry mango powder
  12. Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. in a bowl put all the veggies, rai powder, amchoor powder, red chili powder, salt,
  2. Heat a pan and add oil, add asafoetida, rai and all the veggies. Give it a stir and squeeze some lemon juice. Turn off the gas.
  3. Cover it and keep for 1-2 hours. Your instant pickle is ready to eat.
