Ingredients to make Bread Pakora

  • Bread - 10 pieces
  • Water - as required
  • Sunflower oil for deep frying
  • Amul cheese cube - 5
  • Black pepper - 2tsp
  • Parsley - 2 tsp
  • Salt - 1tsp
  • Onion slices - of 1/2 a onion
  • Boiled potato - 1
  • Coriander leaves, chopped - 2 tbs

How to make Bread Pakora

  1. Take the bread pieces (one at a time) and cut off the edges​. Dip each piece in water for a few seconds only. Press gently between palms and place in a plate.
  2. Make the stuffing using the above mentioned ingredients. Mash the cheese cubes and potato. Add the salt, black pepper, onion, coriander, parsley and keep this stuffing in the middle of the bread. Fold from both the sides carefully.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry each bread pakoda on medium flame till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice
My Tip: Dip the bread in water for a few seconds only Otherwise it will become soggy.
