Simple Corn Tomato Salad

Ingredients to make Simple Corn Tomato Salad

  • 1 Full corn on the cob
  • 1 Onion, large
  • 2 Green chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
  • A pinch of pepper
  • A pinch of Chaat Masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • Dash of Extra Virgin Olive oil

How to make Simple Corn Tomato Salad

  1. Add boiled water to the kernels separated from the cob.
  2. Cover and keep for 15 - 20 minutes. Drain water.
  3. In a serving bowl add all ingredients except the coriander and olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle some coriander.
  5. Add a dash of extra virgin Olive oil and serve.
My Tip: Never use over a pinch of salt if you are using chaat masala as it may spoil the salad. Don't use any other oil except Extra virgin olive oil.
