Ingredients to make Cheesy Pasta In White Sauce

  • Boiled Pasta - 2 cups
  • Milk - 2 Cups
  • Refined Flour / Maida - 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Thinly sliced vegetables ( carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, capsicum etc)
  • Finely Chopped Garlic - 2 tbsp
  • Oregano / Mixed Herbs - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli Flakes - 1 tbsp
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Cheese Grated - 1/2 cup
  • Add pasta in a large pan with around 6-7 cups of boiling water add salt and oil in it. After it has cooked, drain the water and wash the pasta under cold tap water. Keep aside.

How to make Cheesy Pasta In White Sauce

  1. In a bowl add milk, maida and little salt. Mix well and keep aside.
  2. In a pan add butter. Saute garlic in it. Then add all veggies and sauté for 2 min add milk mixture to this and mix well.
  3. Add boiled pasta, salt, oregano, chilli flakes, cheese and mix well. Top it with cheese again and serve hot.
