Anda maggie (Egg Maggie)

Ingredients to make Anda maggie (Egg Maggie)

  • Maggie noodles - 1 packet
  • Eggs - 2
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper as required
  • Oil - 1 tbs
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

How to make Anda maggie (Egg Maggie)

  1. Break the eggs in a bowl and beat it along with some salt and black pepper till frothy.
  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and pour the egg mixture. Scramble it till cooked and crisp then turn off the gas.
  3. Boil water in another pan and add Maggie masala with noodles.
  4. When the Maggie noodles get cooked properly add the scrambled egg in it and stir. Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve hot.
My Tip: I would advise to add a little chilli powder and salt in Maggie along with the Maggie masala.
