Mushroom Frittata on Toast

Ingredients to make Mushroom Frittata on Toast

  • 3-4 - Fresh Mushrooms
  • 2 - Eggs
  • 4 - Slices Brown Bread
  • 1 - Big Size Tomato
  • 1 - White Onion
  • 1 Green Chili Chopped
  • 1 tsp - Butter
  • 1 tbs - Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Paprika
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Some Cilantro leaves, chopped

How to make Mushroom Frittata on Toast

  1. Clean, wash and chop mushrooms then saute them in a little oil.
  2. Chop onion, tomatoes and add to the mushrooms, stir fry. add salt turmeric paprika and green chilies.
  3. Beat eggs and pour over mushrooms. Cook on slow heat and let the top cook by covering it.
  4. Cut out halves and place on toasted brown bread.
  5. Enjoy it hot.
My Tip: Beat eggs well for a soft fluffy Frittata.
