Jackfruit Papad

Ingredients to make Jackfruit Papad

  • Jackfruit raw or partly ripened - 25 pods
  • sesame seeds - 2 tbs
  • chilli powder - 2 tbs
  • salt to taste

How to make Jackfruit Papad

  1. Cook jackfruit pods for 10 minutes and then grind into a paste.
  2. Add chilli powder and sesame seeds
  3. Now roll it into small balls.
  4. Make papads in circular shape and keep it in sunlight for a week.
  5. Fry them when required or store in airtight container. Make sure there is no moisture.
