I fond this recipe from a group on Facebook and tried. Loved the aroma so sharing my version.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Cumin seeds - 1/2 Cup
  2. Whole Black Pepper - 15
  3. Cloves - 8
  4. Black Salt - 5
  5. Salt - 5 tbsp
  6. Dry Mint -1 tbsp
  7. Mango Powder - 2 tbsp
  8. Dry Ginger Powder - 2 tbsp
  9. Cinnamon Stick -1 big stick

Instructions

  1. In a pan roast the cumin seeds, cloves, pepper corns and cinnamon stick until you gets nice aroma and keep it aside. In a same pan dry roast the salt for 2 secs and switch off the flame.
  2. Powder the dry roasted ingredients with dry mint, mango powder, dry ginger powder to a very fine powder and sieve it.
  3. Mix with black salt and roasted salt. For easy mix just give a pulse in mixer.
  4. Store it in a airtight container.
