ABOUT Best Pickled Eggs RECIPE

Tasty and tangy egg pickle.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 - Eggs, hard boiled
  2. 1 - Bay leaf
  3. 1 - White onion, small
  4. 2 - Garlic cloves
  5. 2 tbs - Sugar
  6. 1/2 tsp - Salt
  7. 1 Cup - Vinegar
  8. 1/2 Cup - Water

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs for ten minutes or till hard boiled. Cool in running water and peel carefully. Keep aside
  2. Peel garlic clove and slit. Add to the jar with a Bay leaf, onions and eggs.
  3. Add vinegar, water, salt and sugar in a saucepan. Put it on low flame and boil till sugar dissolves.
  4. Turn off the flame and when the brine becomes warm pour over the eggs, onions etc.
  5. Cover and keep 24 hours on the counter. Refrigerate for a few days. Pickle will be ready to eat in 3-4 days.

Delicious Recipe. Never thought eggs can be used like this too.
