Ingredients to make Besan Laddoo

  • Besan- 1 big bowl
  • Ghee- 1 small bowl
  • Sugar- 1 medium bowl
  • Mix nuts- 1 small bowl
  • Cardamom powder - for garnishing
  • Edible rose petals - for garnishing

How to make Besan Laddoo

  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add besan and roast till golden brown.
  2. Add the sugar and stir well till the sugar totally dissolves. Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool.
  3. Add the chopped mixed nuts in it and mix well. Make bite size laddoos and garnish with cardamom powder and edible rose patels. Store in airtight box or serve.
