Curd-methi cutlets

Ingredients to make Curd-methi cutlets

  • methi leaves...500gms
  • curds...250gms
  • paneer..1/2cup
  • Grated coconut...1/2cup
  • potatoes boiled mashed..2
  • green chillies chopped..4pc
  • Breadcrumbs .1/2cup
  • Amchoor pwdr..1tsp red chilli pwdr.. Maida 2tbsp....
  • onion chopped 1pc

How to make Curd-methi cutlets

  1. Hang the curd.. Let the water drain out... Put paneer..aloo mash in this thick hung curds... Fine chop methi...add to the above mix
  2. Add nariyal...Green chilli...bread crumbs..salt to taste...onion chopped also.. Put as amchoor masala.. Red chilli pwdr... Mix all well
  3. Mix maida and water and make a paste out of it
  4. Roll out the pattice in your desired shape and dip in maida paste and deep fry and serve

My Tip:

U can make this in air fryer too..
