Tried this OPOS (one pot one shot) Veg biryani from OPOS You Tube channel. It is a quick and tasty recipe.

Basmati Rice - 1 Cup
Chopped Tomato - 1/2 Cup
Curd - 3/4 Cup
Chopped mint and Coriander leaves - 1/4 Cup
Water - 5 tsp + 1/2 cup
Salt -to taste
Ghee - 2 tsp
Mixed Veggies - 11/2 cup ( I used 1/2 cup of each carrot, beans and green peas)
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste -1 Tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Slit green chilli -1
Fried Onion - 1/4 Cup
Bay leaf - 1
Cloves - 2
Cardamom - 1
Instructions
Wash and soak the rice for 15 mins and drained the water completely. In a bowl marinate the mixed veggies with green chilli, salt,ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, fried onion and curd for 5 mins
In a 2L Pressure cooker add 5 tsp water, ghee and bay leaf, cloves and cardamom.
Next layer with chopped tomato and half of the marinated veggies then add the drained the rice. Then layer with chopped mint and coriander leaves and then top layer with remaining half of the veggies.
Pour 1/2 cup water to the side of the cooker. Now switch on the flame, cook at high flame for 2 whistles.Once the pressure settled down, open the lid and gently mix it.
Now your biryani is ready in less than 6 mins.Serve with raita / chips.

Made this many times and always turned out to be perfect.
