Ingredients to make Orange Shrikhand

  • Hung or Greek curd -1bowl
  • Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoon
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4teaspoon
  • Orange -1 peeled and cut into small pieces
  • Saffron - 2 pinch dissolve in 2 teaspoon milk
  • Pistachio powder - 2 teaspoon

How to make Orange Shrikhand

  1. In a mixing bowl add curd, powder sugar, cardamom powder and beat them with blender till smooth and little fluffy.
  2. Now add dissolved saffron, orange pieces, pistachio powder and mix well.
  3. Serve chilled.
