ABOUT Cucumber Yogurt Dip RECIPE

You can use this dip with fish finger, potato finger etc.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 - Cucumbers
  2. 1/2 tsp - Black Pepper powder
  3. 1/2 tsp - Chilli flakes
  4. 1/2 kg - Yogurt
  5. 1 tsp - Roasted peanuts powder
  6. 1 tsp- Sugar
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2 tsp - Mustard seeds
  9. 1 tsp - Oil
  10. Few curry leaves
  11. 3-4 - Green chilies
  12. Coriander leaves
  13. Chat Masala a pinch

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate cucumber then keep it aside for 10 mins.
  2. Take yogurt in a bowl add salt, sugar, pepper powder, chilli flakes, peanut powder and finely chopped chilies. Mix well.
  3. Squeeze cucumber and drain the water. Add it to the yogurt mixture. Mix it well.
  4. Tadka- Heat oil in a small pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. When they start to crackle add to the yogurt cucumber mixture.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and chat masala.
