Ingredients to make Veg Cutlet

  • Beetroot, grated - 2 spoon
  • Boiled potatoes -2
  • Salt to taste
  • Green peas - 2 spoon
  • Chopped green chilies - 5
  • Bread crumbs - 2-4 tbs
  • Corn flour as needed
  • All purpose flour as needed
  • Milk -1/2 Cup

How to make Veg Cutlet

  1. Mash boiled potatoes, add grated beetroot, green peas, salt, add 1 tbs bread crumbs to it and mix well to make it into a dough.
  2. Turn it into a batter using 1/2 cup milk, all purpose flour and corn flour.
  3. Spread bread crumbs on a plate.
  4. Now grease your hand, take small portion of mixture and roll into cylindrical shape cutlets, dip them in batter and then roll in bread crumbs. The cutlets should be properly covered with breadcrumbs.
  5. Deep fry in hot oil. You can also refrigerate it after rolling it on breadcrumbs and can fry when needed. Serve it with mayonnaise or dip of your choice.
