Spicy semolina dumplings.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 Cup - Semolina
  2. 1/4 Cup - Yogurt
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water as needed
  5. 3 - Chopped green chilies
  6. Turmeric -1/4 tsp
  7. 1 - Onion, chopped
  8. Finely chopped cilantro
  9. 1 - Tomato
  10. Green peas - 3-4 tbs
  11. Baking soda - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take dry roasted semolina in a bowl and add all the ingredients to make a batter with water. Keep it for 10 minutes.
  2. Now heat the appe pan and dizzle few drops of oil, add batter to the pan cover the lid of appe pan.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes from each side and as soon as it turns golden brown serve it hot with chutney or sauce.
