Healthy Flax seeds and Sesame seeds chutney helps to reduce bad cholesterol and helps reduce weight.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Flax seeds - 1 tablespoon
  2. Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  3. Zeera - 1 teaspoon
  4. Garlic, peeled - 4 to 8 cloves
  5. Red chilli powder - 2 to 3 teaspoons
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Dry roast flax seeds and sesame seeds till they start crackling and little golden brown.
  2. Let the mixture cool for some time and then grind it with zeera.
  3. Mix all the ingredients.
  4. Mix well and store in air tight container. This chutney stays well for more than 10 days.
