Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated paneer - 1/2 cup
  2. Boiled and mashed potatoes - 1 cup
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  5. Roasted Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  6. Oil - 2-3 tbsp for shallow frying
  7. For serving - Sweet curd - 1/2 cup
  8. For Garnishing - Sweet curd, truti-fruti

Instructions

  1. Blend boiled, mashed potatoes and paneer in a blender. Add sugar, roasted cumin seeds and salt. Mix well.
  2. Make small cutlets and shallow fry in a pan till golden brown and crisp.
  3. Garnish it with sweet curd and truti fruti or tomato sauce.
  4. Serve hot with sweet curd.
