Pinwheel Sandwich

Ingredients to make Pinwheel Sandwich

  • Bread Slices - 10
  • Coriander Chutney - 1 Cup
  • Pizza Sauce - 1/2 Cup
  • Carrot Grated - 1/2 Cup
  • Cucumber, grated and water removed - 1/2 Cup
  • Butter - 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to make Pinwheel Sandwich

  1. Take a slice of bread and remove its sides. Flatten each bread with the help of a belan / rolling pin.
  2. Apply coriander chutney all over the 1st layer of bread. Keep another layer of bread on it and spread butter & grated cucumber. Make three layers of bread. On the 3rd layer of bread spread pizza sauce and grated carrot. Put on 4th layer of bread above it.
  3. Now start folding bread from one side with a plastic sheet below. Tightly roll it up and make cylinder shape. If you want you can fold it tightly and refrigerate for half an hour or else cut and serve Pinwheels immediately.
