Ingredients to make pizza cheesy bites

  • maid flour 4 cups
  • yeast instant 2 tbsp
  • sugar tsp
  • salt tsp
  • oil three tbsp
  • warm milk 1 cup
  • water 1 cup
  • milk powder 2 tbsp
  • veggies like capsicum 1 long jullines
  • 1 onion round cut in to rings
  • pizza sauce
  • cheese mozzarella 250 gms
  • corn 1/2 cup

How to make pizza cheesy bites

  1. Frst of all knead dough very doft and keep kneading till cones out stretching using all ingredients and keep it in warm place for ferment for 2 hrs .
  2. Wen it rises punch it again and keep again for rising for half an hour
  3. Now till then keep the filling ready and after half an hour wen it rises make a big round roti shape with rolling pin and with pizza round baking tray flat one in fact I use small round I don't h e flay but I managed with it.
  4. Now make it flay and lay it on the tray and spread it on outer tray the dough so that u can place cheese around the corners and close it and then cut it to slices the edges and roll it and put some pizza sauce
  5. Then some onion capsicum and corn and finally cheese. And keep for 10 mts .
  6. Preheat oven for 29 mts and bake it in to 250 deg for 15 mts
