ABOUT Swiss Roll RECIPE

Refreshing and delicious Swiss Roll cake on stove top. It's easy to prepare.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 - Large eggs
  2. 4 tbsp - Apple preserve
  3. 2 tbsp - Sugar
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. 4 tbsp- Berry Compote Or Jam

Instructions

  1. Add eggs, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Beat on high speed till the eggs turn pale.
  2. Add the flour, 1 tbsp at a time beating well after each addition.
  3. Heat a large non-stick pan.Spray cooking oil. Pour the batter and spread evenly. Cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Take it out on an aluminium foil, spread the compote or jam over it and roll tightly. Wrap them in kitchen towel.
  5. Chill them in the fridge and once cool,slice and serve.
