French Toast

Ingredients to make French Toast

  • Bread slices - 12
  • Eggs - 8
  • salt as per taste
  • Black Pepper powder - 3 tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 big slice
  • Chopped green chilies - 4
  • Coriander leaves - a bunch
  • Sunflower oil - 4 tbsp

How to make French Toast

  1. Cut the bread slices into triangular shape.
  2. In a bowl mix eggs, salt, onion, green chilies, black pepper and coriander leaves.Whisk well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the bread slices till golden brown on both sides.
  4. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
My Tip: You can add a bit of milk into the egg mixture if you like the moist way. However, the crispier version tastes better.
