ABOUT Fried Pickles RECIPE

A pcikle that reminds me of my childhood days. Easy and delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 Jar - Bread and butter pickles
  2. 1 Cup - All purpose flour, sifted
  3. 1 Cup - Cold water
  4. 1 - Egg
  5. 4 Cups - Canola oil
  6. 1 Cup - Tarter sauce
  7. 1/2 Cup - Pickle relish

Instructions

  1. In one bowl, gently beat one egg until the egg yolk and whites are barely incorporated and add in cold water. Add in flour and stir until mixed.
  2. Heat up canola oil in pot and dunk pickle slices into batter.
  3. Put pickles into hot oil and fry for 5 minutes. Place pickles onto drying tray to cool down.
  4. In another bowl, combine tarter sauce and relish. Stir until mixed well. Enjoy the fried pickles.
