ABOUT Chinese Style Garlic Pickle RECIPE

A Chinese twist to an Indian pickle.

Ingredients Serving: 0

  1. 1/2 Cup - Garlic pod, peeled
  2. 1/2 Cup - Oil
  3. 11/2 spoon - Ginger paste
  4. 11/2 spoon - Garlic paste
  5. 11/2 spoon - Chilli powder
  6. 1/2 spoon - Soy sauce
  7. 11/2 spoon - White vinegar
  8. 11/2 spoon - Noodles masala
  9. 1 spoon - Black sesame seeds
  10. Salt to taste as per your requirement

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/2 cup oil in a pan. Add sesame seeds and garlic pods. Just do a quick fry,
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, noodle masala and saute well.
  3. Now add vineger
  4. Add soy sauce, salt and mix all the ingredients well, Cook for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, let it cool and then fill it in a jar.
