ABOUT Fresh Healthy Pickle RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3-4 Pieces - Fresh turmeric (yellow)
  2. 2-3 Pieces - Fresh turmeric (white)
  3. 1 - Medium Orange carrot
  4. 1 - Raw mango, small
  5. 1 - Green pepper
  6. 1 - Red pepper
  7. 1 - Cucumber (optional)
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tsp - Sugar
  10. 2 - Lemon

Instructions

  1. Chop all veggies and turmeric. Squeeze the lemon in the jar.
  2. Add salt, sugar, mango, carrot, and cucumber.
  3. Add both white and yellow turmeric and chopped pepper. Shake well and rest for two days on shelf.
  4. Just check slightly done after two days as Raw Turmeric takes a while to get done. Refrigerate after two days. Use as desired.
