Ingredients to make Garlic Pickle In Chinese Style

  • 1.Half cup garlic pods,peeled.
  • 2.One and half spoon ginger paste
  • 3.One and half spoon garlic paste
  • 4.One and half spoon chilli powder
  • 5.One and half spoon noodles masala powder
  • 6.Half spoon soya sauce
  • 7.One and half spoon white vineger
  • 8.Half cup oil
  • 9.One spoon black seasame
  • 10.Salt to taste as per your requirement

How to make Garlic Pickle In Chinese Style

  1. 1.Heat a pan
  2. 2.Add oil to it,after it get heated put seasame seed,fry it well.
  3. 3.Add garlic pods,stir well,dont over fry.
  4. 4.Now add garlic paste,then ginger paste stir well
  5. 5.Add chilli podwer and noodles masala powder
  6. 6.Add salt stir well
  7. 7.Add soya sauce and vineger
  8. 8.Mix all well,fry for 5-6 minutes
  9. 9.After cooling store in a container
