Ingredients to make Instant Mango Pickle

  • 4 - Raw firm mangoes
  • 4 tbsp - Red chilli powder
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp - Mustard seeds
  • 2 tsp - Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tbsp - Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Asafoetida powder

How to make Instant Mango Pickle

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan. Splutter the mustard seeds.
  2. Add chopped mango pieces, chili powder, salt, roasted powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric powder, asafoetida powder. Mix well,
