Ingredients to make Potato chocolaty cake

  • Butter... 125gm
  • Sugar..2/3cup
  • Eggs..2
  • Boiled mashed potatoes..1/2cup
  • 1 1/2cup self raising flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa pwdr
  • 1/3 cup milk

How to make Potato chocolaty cake

  1. Add castor sugar to butter and beat till fluffy..add eggs keep beating...add boiled potatoes
  2. Add self raising flour and cocoa powder to above mix..add milk to it
  3. Grease the cake tin with butter..pour the cake batter in this tin and bake it for 45 min @180 deg. Once done cool the cake
  4. Put choc glaze icing on this before serving
My Tip: To Icing sugar (1-1/2 cup)add 2spoons of cocoa pwdr..put this in a thick bottom pan. Add 2tbsp milk and 1sp butter... Cook and pour over cake
