ABOUT Yogurt Salsa Salad RECIPE

Healthy salad that is easy to make and has no oil.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cucumber - 1, chopped
  2. Tomato - 1, chopped
  3. Onion - 1, chopped
  4. Yogurt - 5 tsp
  5. Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup, chopped
  6. Mint leaves - 5 chopped
  7. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  8. Black pepper crushed - 1/2 tsp
  9. Chilie flakes - 1 tsp
  10. Black salt - 1 tsp
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix cucumber, tomato, onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves.
  2. In another bowl take yogurt, chili flakes, cumin powder, black pepper black salt mix all.
  3. Now add the first mix in the yogurt mix. Salad is ready. For a better taste put it in refrigerator and serve after 8 minutes.
