Yummy doodhi cake

Ingredients to make Yummy doodhi cake

  • Butter- 125gms
  • 3/4 cup- sugar
  • 2- eggs
  • Grated doodhi- 1cup
  • Caramel- 1sp
  • whole wheat flour- 1cup
  • Maida- 3/4cup
  • baking soda- 1/2tsp
  • Cake fruit mix- 250gms

How to make Yummy doodhi cake

  1. Blend butter and sugar. Add egg and keep beating till fluffy.
  2. Add grated doodhi, cake fruits and caramel to above mix, beat very well
  3. Keep adding wheat flour and maida and baking pwdr slowly to above mix.
  4. Pour this in a well greased baking tray and put it in oven for 1-1/2 hrs at 160deg C Once done, Cool it on rack and its ready to eat.
My Tip: I use blueberry sauce sometimes to garnish this.
