Spinach Corn Sandwich

Ingredients to make Spinach Corn Sandwich

  • Spinach - 1 bunch
  • Corn - 1-2 bowl
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese cubes - 4
  • Butter -as required
  • Brown bread slices - 4
  • Green chilli paste - as rquired
  • Garlic paste -1/2 tsp
  • Chilli flakes and oregano - as required

How to make Spinach Corn Sandwich

  1. Blanch and chop spinach finely. Squeeze extra water from it and keep side. Boil the corns and add to the spinach.
  2. Add green chilli, garlic paste, salt, chilli and oregano. Grate the cheese, add and mix. Your stuffing is ready.
  3. Apply butter on a slice of bread, spread the stuffing and place the other buttered slice over it. Grill for 7-8 minutes.
  4. Take it out in a plate, cut into triangles and serve with ketchup.
