Ingredients to make Garlic Greens Pickle With Dry Red Chilli And Ginger

  • Garlic greens - 250 gram
  • Ginger - 50 gm
  • Dry red chill - 12
  • Salt - 2 tbsp
  • Dry mango slice - 8
  • Fennel - 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 4 tbsp

How to make Garlic Greens Pickle With Dry Red Chilli And Ginger

  1. Wash the garlic greens, soak the dry red chilies for 10 minutes, soak the mango slices for 50 minutes, cut the ginger into thick slices.
  2. Now coarsely grind all the ingredients except oil. Put the ground mixture in a clean jar and add oil. Shake it well. Keep in the sunlight for 2 days.
