Ingredients to make Crispy spinach cutlets

  • Spinach- 250gms (washed and shredded)
  • Chana daal- 50gms
  • Besan- 6tbsp
  • Onions- 2chopped
  • Ginger -small pc chopped
  • Green chillies- 2pc chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to shallow fry
  • chana masala pwdr- to taste
  • chat masala-to taste

How to make Crispy spinach cutlets

  1. Soak the dal for an hour, then pressure cook it...drain the excess water and fry dal in a kadhai.
  2. Mix finely chopped Palak, onions, greenchillies..add besan, salt and masalas.
  3. Make round balls of this mix and shallow fry in a non stick pan.
  4. Remove these balls and press them with katori and air fry them for 5-7mins.
  5. Serve hot with chutneys or tomato ketchup.
My Tip: Use green chutney and imli chutney
