Kachhe Aam Ki Launji

Ingredients to make Kachhe Aam Ki Launji

  • Chopped Raw mango cubes - 2 Cups
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Jeggary /Gud - 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Jeera - 1 teaspoon
  • Haldi powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chillI powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

How to make Kachhe Aam Ki Launji

  1. Peel and chop raw mango in cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and prepare tadka by adding mustard seeds, methi dana, jeera, haldi and red chilli powder one by one. Add chopped raw mangoes at the end, mix well and cook covered for few a minutes.
  3. Adjust salt and add gud /jaggary. Cook till jaggary melts. Turn off the stove. Aam ki launji is ready to serve with puri, paratha or phulka.
