Jhatpat Chatpati Chutney

Ingredients to make Jhatpat Chatpati Chutney

  • Tomatoes - 8 ( chopped)
  • Green chilies - 10 ( chopped )
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Heeng powder - 1 tsp
  • Zeera - 1 tsp
  • Rai - 1 tsp
  • Onions - 2 ( finely chopped )
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Green tamarind paste - 2 tsp

How to make Jhatpat Chatpati Chutney

  1. Heat oil in a pan add zeera, heeng, rai, sonf and khada dhaniya, when the seeds splutter add onions and fry till they turn transparent.
  2. Add tomatoes, green chillies and tamarind paste. Mix well.
  3. Add salt and turmeric and coriander powder then cook till the oil separates. Jhatpat chatpati chutney is ready to serve.
