Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Raw turmeric - 1 kg
  2. Mustard oil - 300 gm
  3. Fennel - 1- 2 tsp
  4. Mustard seeds - 1-2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder - according to taste
  6. Salt - according to taste

Instructions

  1. .Peel the raw turmeric and wash it nicely. Cut into small pieces and dry under the fan till moisture evaporates.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let them crackle. Add dried turmeric and mix well, add fennel seeds, some salt and red chilli powder to taste. Mix for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
  3. Allow to cool and then spoon into a glass jar for storing.
