Ingredients to make Lemons In Schezwan Sauce

  • 1 Bowl - Kashmiri chilies
  • 1 - Onion, chopped
  • 9/10 - Cloves of garlic
  • Salt - as required
  • 1/2 Cup - Vinegar
  • 1 tsp - Red chilly powder
  • 2 tsp - Mustard oil
  • 8 - Lemons, cut into 4 part's

How to make Lemons In Schezwan Sauce

  1. Remove seeds from Kashmiri chillI and soak in vinegar for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Now grind Kashmiri chilli, garlic, onions and vinegar in which chilies were soaked.
  3. In a pan put oil and the mixture and saute, add salt, red chilli and saute till dry. Add lemons and saute till soft.
  4. Put in sterilized glass jar and serve when desired.
